Flames' Summer Workout Camp
The Garner Flames kicked off the 3rd Annual Summer Workout Camp on Saturday, July 9th at the Method Road Recreation Center in Raleigh.There
were over 90 young ladies in attendance to participate in our ball
handling and passing session. On Sunday, the campers came out to
showcase what they learned by playing in scrimmage games at the Avery
Street Recreation Center in Garner.
Our camp will be
conducting agility/fitness, shooting, defense/rebounding, and
offense/individual skill sessions in the upcoming weekends. We
will conclude our summer workout camp on Sunday, August 7.
