Flames, a premier AAU program located in the heart of North Carolina!
The Garner Flames boasts a rich history with numerous
success stories over the years and has grown to become one of the most
recognized AAU programs in North Carolina. We have teams from ages 9 to
Junior participating in AAU tournaments, exposure events, and other
activities throughout the country.
We feature top-notch training from some of the best
coaches in the Triangle and our focus is always on making our student
athletes better in every aspect of their lives. We have many programs in
place to help our players to succeed and we are getting better.
